PST is currently located 30 miles west of Houston, Texas off Interstate 10 on approximately one(1) acre of land. There are four buildings, each housing different aspects of the business.

Engineering, Accounting, and Purchasing are located within the downstairs and upstairs offices.
Fabrication, Welding, and Run Testing are located within the large 18,000 sq.ft building which also contains a 10 ton bridge crane.
Precision Machines are housed in two buildings adjacent to each other to maintain smooth work flow.
Sand Blasting and Paint Coatings are housed within the fourth building to ensure environmentally safe conditions and proper coating applications.

 

 

Fabricating, Machining, and Heavy Equipment located at our plant:

YAM MV-5A CNC machining center with a 50" x-axis X 30" y-axis table that can handle up to 20" on the z-axis.
MONARCH V150 CNC machining center with 50" x-axis X 36" y-axis table that can handle up to 26" on the z-axis.
IKEGAI CNC lathe with a chucking capability of 19" diameter and can handle pieces up to 22" in length.
TAIYO SEIKI 4T turret lathe with a chucking capability of 32" diameter and can handle pieces up to 40" in length.
AXELSON 20 engine lathe with chucking capability of 23" diameter and can handle pieces up to 15 feet in length.
BULLARD vertical turret lathe with chucking capability of 36" diameter with a z-axis of up to 16" in length.
Two (2) Gap bed engine lathe with chucking capability of 12" diameter and can handle pieces up to 30" in length.
WARNER & SWASEY 1A turret lathe with chucking capability of 15" diameter and can handle pieces up to 30" in length.
Small engine lathe with chucking capability of 6" diameter and can handle pieces up to 15" in length.
SCHENCK TREBEL 2-plane balancing machine that can swing 30" outside diameter and 60" long pieces at up to 5000 rpm with a 500 lbs. weight capacity.
Three (3) Bridgeport mills with 12" X 48" tables and digital readouts.
CARLTON radial arm drill press with 100 degree rotation X 72" radial reach.
BLANCHARD surface grinder with magnetic table that swings up to 40" diameter.
THOMPSON surface grinder with 20" wide X 48" long magnetic table.
CLAUSING surface grinder with 8" wide X 18" long magnetic table.
6 Ton hydraulic press.
10 Ton manual press.
MITZ & MERRILL key seater that can cut up to 2.0" wide keyways.
SUNNEN cylindrical honing machine that can hone cylinders with a bore of up to 8.5" and a length of 15".
MARVEL horizontal saw able to cut up to 20" diameter and 25 feet long.
MILLER SYNCROWAVE 350 TIG welder (Qty. 2).
MILLER SYNCROWAVE 300 TIG welder.
MILLER SYNCROWAVE 250 TIG welder.
MILLER MIG welder.
L-TEC MIGMASTER 250 MIG welder.
